I had such a crush on Francis from Malcolm in the Middle, too! And I would LOVE to hear about the Dark Lord Fred.

I tried writing Francis into quite a few of my wacky multifandom crossovers, though I haven't held onto any of them.

I anticipated that of the authors that I listed in that bio, she'd be the most recognizable to Fandom Olds. I unabashedly loved original characters and self-inserts when I first entered fandom, and then went through a regrettable phase of publicly sneering at them, and have since come to love them again.
